About LeCows

We operate as a generational family dairy farm.

Farming is important to all of us because of family … being able to spend time together.

Lesa Elliott and Ellie Gore Waggoner own and operate the last dairy in McCracken County, Ky. We take every opportunity to provide the public with a better understanding of agriculture from our family dairy farm through social media channels and blogging. Feel free to ask us questions, give us feedback and spark up a conversation about growing up Dairy Happy on the LeCows Dairy Farm!

Favorite part  about the farm: Working the ground (planting, harvesting, discing)

Best growing up memory: Riding in the lime truck to get sand for spreading on airport runway when it snowed. We would stop at the local bakery to get clown sugar cookies with sprinkles on top and got to use glove box door as a table.
